FAQ

Do I need to renew my license?

Your license is valid for one year from the purchase date. You need an active license for continued access to updates and support. There’s no need to renew the license manually. It will renew automatically after one year for the discounted price of $19.90.

Can I cancel my license?

Yes, you can cancel your license at anytime from your account page. Your 3D LUTs will continue to work normally forever. You will retain access to support and updates until your license expires, one year from the purchase date. Please note however, that after your license expires you’ll no longer be entitled for support or updates for the 3D LUTs in your package.

Can I upgrade my license?

Yes. Please see this document for instructions on how to upgrade your package.

Can I downgrade my license?

Unfortunately no.

Due to the nature of our product, we cannot offer you a downgrade for your package.

Can I purchase several packages at the same time?

If you’re paying by credit card, you can purchase different packages at the same time.

Unfortunately due to PayPal restrictions it’s not possible to purchase two different subscription products at the same time. If you’re paying by PayPal and you wish to purchase more than one package, you should do it in separate transactions.

You can however, purchase more than one license for the same product. In order to do that simply go to your Cart and change the quantity of the licenses.

Which package offers LUTs for Lightroom and Capture One?

LUTs for Lightroom and Capture One are available in the Professional Package only.

How do I know when there’s an update for the 3D LUTs in my package?

We’ll let you know there’s an update via email. You’ll than be able to download the updated LUTs from your account.

In order to download the updates you must be logged in at our site and have valid license.

What if I don’t want a subscription?
