We have had some reports from our users about certain unzip software not extracting all of the files or folders from the downloadable .zip package on Windows operating system.
In particular, it appears that under certain conditions Winzip software doesn’t extract all of the files or folders from the package.
How do I know if I’m affected by this issue?
If Log Conversion LUTs folder is missing, empty or it has only About.pdf file in it, you’re affected by this issue. This issue has been resolved in version 3.0 of all packages. If you’re using version 3.0 or higher, you’re unaffected by this issue.
Please verify that you have the following folder structure inside the 3D LUTs folder in your package and that it contains the 3D LUT files in .cube format.
Generic Log LUTs
Log Conversion LUTs
Standard (Rec.709/DCI P3)
LUTs Utility LUTs
If any of these folders is missing, or it contains only About.pdf file in it, you may be affected by this issue.
We recommend to use alternative unzipping software under Windows operating system such as 7-Zip which works correctly.
